The staff was pleasant, the room was modern and compact. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect as it was near restaurants and cafés. It took only 15 minutes to walk to Addington Street bus stop.  

The hotel had a central location and it was just close to a Catholic church. The bathroom in our twin room was fairly clean. The staff was helpful and incredibly attentive throughout the day. It was surely a very very 

Overall it was reasonably spacious and huge with very comfortable bed. The location was great, very near the beach and the interior design was nice.

The twin room with a four poster bed, facilities worked for us. Unbeatable location near trendy restaurants, harbour front where there are lots of bars and a very nice garden.

This location was perfectly comfortable, next to the beaches and the town centre and harbour front where there are lots of bars and restaurants.

The hotel was in an unbeatable location, very near the beach. We got lovely breakfasts with continental included.

There was restaurant missing.

A quadruple room with a magnificent view of marina, had requested this in advance. The room had an iron/ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.  

Helpful and attentive stuff, modern twin room. Excellant and ideal position in Ramsgate.

The hotel was just next door to the nightlife and beautiful surroundings thanks to its perfect and magnificent location.

This was a real good stay for a business trip. The hotel was in a nice and unbeatable location, to a very nice garden. What's more, it was not far from harbour front where there are lots of bars, and a restaurant for dinner.  

Overall it was well decorated with a four poster bed.

The location is perfect and comfortable, the check in is early. The guest room is compact and has an iron/ironing board, tea and coffee making equipment, and TV.

We got neat and compact quadruple room with balcony overlooking the harbour as an upgrade, nice gesture. It was in a marvellous and absolutely perfect location next to town centre.

Brand-new and neat units with toiletries.

Beds were not very comfortable.
